Advertising

We advertise in the Property Guide section of numerous local press publications in order to cover all of the Boroughs south of the Thames. With a readership in excess of 120,000, this provides excellent coverage. We also advertise in the national press and engage in direct marketing where we consider this appropriate and effective.

Website & Portals

Our state of the art website is continually updated in house, which allows immediate marketing on the web for all properties, featuring both current and upcoming instructions. The website has been designed and constructed by IT professionals, in order to maximise its visibility to all the major search engines such as Google and Yahoo. Additionally, we commit significant investment to our Property Portals, which provides extensive local and national coverage.

Emailing

Our computer software allows immediate emailing of the latest properties on the market. This allows purchasers the chance to arrange a viewing at the earliest opportunity.

As a matter of course we produce full colour details with external and internal colour photographs Our details also include floor plans accompanied with a detailed description on your property. All property details are produced by our Management and approved by you prior to distribution.

Computerised System

We have one of the most up to date back office software packages, allowing instant "pairing" of buyers and sellers and a tracking of all developments regarding the marketing of your property. This allows accurate feedback to be given to vendors regarding the status of your property.  

Sales

All our staff are experienced individuals, with many years within the industry. Either a Manager or Negotiator will, when requested, be made available to accompany viewings. Each enquiry and sale is constantly monitored from start to finish by our team.

Our residential sales and lettings department occupy an enviable positions in Forest Hill. The office is maintained to the highest standards and enjoys a professional and friendly environment. We believe investment in our office and staff produces a highly effective team, which leads to a high sales efficiency rate.

Opening Times

The office is open 6 days a week from 9:00am to 6:00pm Monday to Saturday.
